In this role we can review your implementation documentation, sit on your weekly project meetings, be part of your project steering committee, as well provide additional development and training services to bolster your team.
Having this skillset and product knowledge as part of your internal team will ensure success of the project by also working with your implementation partner to drive best practice and ultimately a successful project.

Build It Yourself with Our Expert Training
If you're looking for a cost-effective implementation and have the in-house capacity to take the reins, this option is ideal. We’ll equip your team with the skills to build your own Workday solution through hands-on training and guided development.
Together, we’ll co-build at least three foundational models to accelerate your understanding and confidence. From there, you’ll be empowered to continue building independently—with additional support available as needed.

Collaborative Build with Expert Support
This option offers a balanced, hands-on partnership. While you remain actively involved in developing your solution, we take on a larger share of the build—typically delivering 25% to 75% of your models.
You’ll still receive training to build and understand your own solution, but with the added benefit of us delivering key components and providing comprehensive documentation for everything we create. This approach is ideal for teams seeking a more robust implementation while still prioritising knowledge transfer and long-term self-sufficiency.

Andrew has been working in finance for 20+ years and has spent the last 8 years starting the Workday Adaptive Planning practice for Deloitte New Zealand. Andrew started the Deloitte Adaptive practice from nothing to becoming one of the most successful Adaptive offerings in New Zealand and globally amongst other Deloitte member firms. This experience is what we are looking at Andrew to replicate and grow Foresight Partners into the leading Adaptive practice in the country.
